Setup Your Dubsado [Start to Finish Checklist]

A 4-phase breakdown of a dubsado setup from start to finish

I’m the first to admit that there are days when creativity and organisation seem like two brilliant ideas that feel a little like oil and water

But babe, I am here to tell you that just isn't true [and thank goodness it's not or I'd be in trouble!]

You can have a brilliant creative mind and manage your time, clients and work like Elle Woods who manages law school and nail appointments

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is key for smooth like butter, successful growth and scaling of your business

So, if you're about to throw caution into the wind and haphazardly build out your Dubsado account... please, pause and allow my help

It wasn't that long ago when I felt overwhelmed, nervous and intimated by the thought of setting up my Dubsado account

DIYing Dubsado doesn’t mean you have to go it alone... you can learn from the mistakes of those who came before you [like, me]

Are you ready?

Then this step-by-step checklist is for you. Access my 4-phase breakdown of account setup, building templates, creating and testing workflow automation - free!

But, first things first…

Visit THIS LINK for the complete download instructions. You will need to import the spreadsheet to your project management tool [like Asana, Monday.com, Trello or Wrike] using the CSV importer

Don't sweat this step. I give you instructions on how to do this in the download

Once you've imported the spreadsheet to your project management tool, expect to be led through the best way to set up your Dubsado account if you want to take full advantage of all of Dubsado's features

You can personalize the checklist to your business [or your client's business] and use it again and again

This is a total rinse-and-repeat download

And since every business is different, you may not need to complete every step!

Here's what to expect from the checklist:

Phase No. 1: Basic account setup

The Goal: Get all your necessary account settings in place

Phase No 2: Plan and build templates

The Goal: Write out your business process and create all the necessary content (emails, forms, etc.) for that process

Phase No. 3: Manual testing

The Goal: Run through your process manually on a test project so that you can catch any errors or potential challenges before automating

Phase No. 4: Workflow automation

The Goal: Combine the written process and the templates you built to develop a structured, streamlined process so you’re ready for any client who comes your way

I'm excited to share this free resource with you! I've recently used it to set up another one of my clients, and it was gold to breakdown the project into phases, and then further breakdown the phases into actionable tasks Save this post for when you're ready to set things up with ease
